The State Government of India today formally announced a new initiative at the Tiroda Bus Stand in support of the BJP Tiroda Women’s Front. The initiative aims to provide substantial benefits to women traveling by ST (State Transport) buses. Under this scheme, women over 65 years of age will receive a 50% discount on bus fares, while those over 75 will travel for free. Additionally, girls between the ages of 1 and 8 will also be eligible for free travel to and from school. The announcement was made in the presence of various local leaders, including Advocate Madhuri Rahangdale, District Minister Sow Thumeshwari Tai Baghale, and several other women leaders and beneficiaries.
