On May 26, 2023, in Dongargarh village, the district council initiated a water conservation project named ‘Jal Jeevan Mission.’ The project, which received a grant of 2 crore rupees, was launched by Vijay Rahanagadale, a local benefactor, and Madhuri Rahanagadale, a district council member. The event marked the beginning of a series of efforts to improve water management and availability in the region.
