New Committee Formed to Protect Women Employees in Forest Department

On September 30, 2024, the Vishaka Committee of the Tirora Forest Department held a meeting to form a new committee according to the Vishaka Guidelines, aimed at addressing the grievances and ensuring justice and security for women employees in administrative roles. Advocate Madhuri Rahangdale was appointed as a non-official member of the committee to oversee the implementation of these guidelines and ensure that women receive fair treatment and protection against any form of harassment or injustice.
